For: admins and editors. Members can use everything in Chat, but Chat will not create, change or delete anything for them.
Ask in plain words — “turn the reply we just wrote into a prompt playbook with the customer name as a variable”, “add the new price list to the Sales persona”, “delete the old onboarding skill” — and Chat does it directly. There is no separate confirmation step, so say what you mean.
Create, update and delete prompts and skills, including their variables and attached files.
Create, rewrite and delete personas, and attach or detach the playbooks they use, with the condition for each.
Upload text files and attach them, and delete files.
Import a skill from a public GitHub folder.
The same rules as in the rest of sqemes, applied to you: Chat only sees what you may see, and only changes what you may edit. A playbook whose Who can edit does not include you stays untouched, and Chat tells you so.
Binary files — images, PDFs, Office documents — cannot be uploaded from a chat. Upload them on the Files page, then ask Chat to attach them.
Under the answer, Changed in your library lists everything Chat created, updated or deleted for it, with a link to each. Colleagues in a shared chat see the names only of what they may open themselves.
⚠️ Playbooks keep versions, personas do not. A playbook Chat changed can be restored from its History tab. A persona Chat rewrote cannot — if the text matters, copy it before you ask.
