Roles and Permissions (Admin vs. Editor vs. User)

  • Full control of the workspace.

  • Can manage billing, tokens, tags, blacklists, and workspace settings.

  • Can invite, remove, and manage team members.

  • Full visibility into all prompts, assistants, and history.

• Editor

  • Can create and edit prompts.

  • Can create and manage assistants.

  • Can run prompts and use existing assistants.

  • Cannot access billing, tokens, or workspace-wide settings.

• User

  • Can run and use existing prompts.

  • Can run and use assistants created by others.

  • Cannot create or edit prompts or assistants.

  • Cannot access Administration settings.

Use Admins for workspace management, Editors for building workflows, and Users for safe, controlled execution.
